Here's the highlights for this episode of the podcast:

Individualistic vs Attention Seeking. Individualistic is basically when you do things with a reason of your own, not for anyone. When you do things that is "for someone", whether it's pleasing others, seeking for approval or even just so that others would notice, that is considered attention seeking.

Everyone must have done things with the intention to seek for attention. Think about it. When we are young, we must have done things to seek approval from our parents. Even when we're in kindergarten, we must've done things to gain attention from our teachers or friends. It's absolutely normal because we as human always seek to build a community so we just try to get people to stand by our side. However, now we know that we are just being attention seeking, we should learn to stop doing it.

As long as your primary intention isn't attention seeking, it is fine. When we do things, we do it for multiple reasons. As long as your primary reason isn't for someone then its fine. It's just important that we know our purpose of doing things instead of blindly following the footsteps of others.
