Here's some highlights from this episode of the podcast:

Verene struggled with managing her expectations in her younger years. She wanted to do more than she is capable of therefore she ended up having too much on her plate. It was when she's 16 that she met with a life mistake as she couldn't balance both her studies and duties as a student reporter. This life mistake taught her to be more realistic with her actual capabilities and she has learnt to manage her expectations ever since.

Andrew was arrogant and stubborn when he was younger and this personality can be easily seen in his actions and word. In the early years of university, this behaviour brought him a life mistake as some of his friends were steered away by his arrogance. After that incident, he now works to be more self aware and constantly reminds himself when he notice the rise of such behaviour.

Procrastination is a common enemy for many and this includes for both Andrew and Verene. There's been many mistakes caused by procrastination. While some of them are considered as life mistakes, they seemed to have a smaller magnitude compared to other mistakes as both of them have yet to get this terrible trait out of their life.

Andrew and Verene shared more life mistakes and ways to be aware of bad traits in the podcast. What are the life mistakes you've made and have you learnt from them?
