Here's some highlights from this week's podcast:

Sometimes when we grow older, we regret doing or not doing things when we're younger. That's why Andrew came up with this episode where he and Verene will return to 5 and 10 years ago to think what advise would they give to the younger self.

10 years ago, there's actually not much to advise. It's mainly related to personality traits which we realise we should improve on later in life. There's generally no huge and terrible decisions which we want to overturn because we probably didn't make so much decision back then. They are mainly made by our parents.

Moving forward to 5 years ago, specifically 5 years ago, Andrew had a great time that year. It was quite hard for him to think of advices for his younger self. Ultimately he still found some advice which covers the 4~7 years ago self. Verene on the other hand did give herself a few advices but there wasn't much special ones to be said too.

It's possible that we just accepted our lives right now which aren't that bad after all so why should we change the decision we've made? That could be one reason why.
