Here are some highlights for this week's podcast:

Most couples don’t want to talk about breaking up as it is being seen as taboo. No one wants it to happen and hence people avoid talking about it.

The idea was suggested by Andrew where he thinks that it would be good to be transparent and discuss it when both parties are in a calm and rational state.

There are many reasons that lead to a breakup. When the choice of breaking up is a consensus from both parties, it is somehow easier. Perhaps the hardest thing here might be to get over the emotional attachment. However, if the thoughts of breaking up come from only one person, things become much more complicated. It is also harder to discuss the breakup as both of you are not in a calm and rational state to talk about it. No one can imagine how would it end up being.

If a breakup is being handled well, the harm to both of you is obviously lesser. However, we couldn't predict what will happen in the future. Hence, trying to discuss it rationally to make it a promise to each other before anything happens might be one of the good ways for it.
